Field Day, Parent Volunteers - We Need You!
We will be holding our Annual Field Day on June 13th (rain date June 16th.) This event is a super-charged full day of fun and community-building. We would love your company and your help. Please consider donating your time and joining us!
We are in need of parent/guardian volunteers from 8:00-11:00 AM for field day activities and from 11:00-12:30 PM to supervise our annual cookout and volleyball tournament.
Please email Judy Ursuliak at jursuliak@nrsd.net if you are willing and able to volunteer. Please email by June 6th with your available time slot, 8:00-11:00 and/or 11:00-12:30. An updated CORI on file will be required.
We are also in need of donations of water to help keep our students hydrated. All donations of individual sized water bottles will gladly be accepted in the school office up until June 13th. Thank you for your support!
End of Year Chromebook Returns
All 8th grade students will be returning their Chromebooks at the end of this school year. Students who are attending Nashoba will be issued a new device at the start of their freshman year. Chromebooks, including the charger and case, will need to be returned on Wednesday, June 15, prior to attending Recognition Night. More information will follow.
6th and 7th grade students who are moving or transferring out of the district, and will not be attending Luther Burbank next year, must also return their Chromebook, case, and charger, to the office prior to the last day of school. Upcoming Concert Featuring Graduating Senior at Nashoba Regional High School
The Nashoba Symphonic Band, under the direction of David Wayne Bailey, will present its final concert of the season on Thursday, June 15th at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Nashoba Regional High School, Route 117 in Bolton MA. This annual event honors graduating members of the band, and will feature senior trumpet soloist Jack Light. Works on the program include Overture to "The Barber of Seville", selections from "Man of LaMancha" and Danza Finale from the Estansia Dances by Alberto Ginastera. Admission is free and open to the public.
These concerts are family friendly...younger musicians are especially encouraged to attend. Come and enjoy music in the auditorium at Nashoba Regional High School!

There Will Be Music in the Air in Lancaster This Summer
Summer Concerts on the Lancaster Town Green
Sponsored by the Friends of Thayer Memorial Library
The concerts will run 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. each Thursday evening
Friends of Lancaster Seniors will offer pizza for sale at 6 pm
Lancaster’s Town Green will be rocking this summer when five live bands perform a variety of music concerts for folks from Lancaster and surrounding communities. Sponsored by the Friends of Thayer Memorial Library, the Thursday evening family-friendly concert series will run June 29 through July 27, 2023 – RAIN or SHINE. First Church of Lancaster will serve as the backup performance venue in the event there is inclement weather. But when it’s nice outside, the performers will set up and play in the gazebo located on the Town Green for our sixth year.
Folks are asked to bring their lawn chairs and/or blankets for seating. The Friends of Lancaster’s Seniors will offer pizza and refreshments for sale, but folks are welcome to bring a cooler with food and beverages if they’d like. Also, ice cream trucks have been known to crash the concerts as well.
Additional Sponsors include Clinton Savings Bank and the Mass Cultural Council.
The following performers have been scheduled for Thursdays in this summer’s concert series:

- July 13: Clements Brothers
- July 20: The Blue Color Ramblers
- July 27: Roland
